Who we are

Pawan Parmeshwar Capital Private Limited (referred to as “PP Capital”, “we” or “us”) operates the website at https://www.ppcapital.in. For the purposes of the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, we are the Data Fiduciary in respect of personal data collected through this site.

What this site collects

This website is an information site. It does not ask you to create an account, and it does not include a contact form. In normal use, we collect:

• Nothing you type. There are no public forms on this site, so we do not collect names, addresses or any other details you enter.
• Standard server logs. Our hosting provider records technical information such as IP address, browser type, the pages requested and the time of the request. This is used to keep the site available and secure.
• No advertising or tracking cookies. We do not use advertising networks, cross-site trackers or social media pixels on this site.

If you email us, we hold that correspondence and the contact details in it so we can reply and, where the message is a complaint, so we can keep the records our regulator requires.

Why we process personal data

• To respond to enquiries and provide the services you ask for.
• To receive, investigate and record investor complaints, and to report complaints data as required by SEBI.
• To consider job applications sent to us.
• To keep the website secure and available.
• To meet our legal, regulatory and record-keeping obligations.

How long we keep it

We keep personal data only as long as we need it for the purpose it was collected, and for as long as our regulatory record-keeping obligations require. Records relating to research services and investor complaints are retained for the period prescribed under the SEBI (Stock Brokers) Regulations and the directions issued under them. Recruitment correspondence is kept for up to one year unless you ask us to delete it sooner.

Who we share it with

We do not sell personal data. We share it only:

• with regulators and supervisory bodies, including SEBI and the stock exchanges and clearing corporations of which we are a member, where we are required to do so;
• with service providers who host this site or provide our email systems, under contract and only to the extent needed to provide that service;
• where disclosure is required by law or by an order of a court or authority.

Security

This site is served over an encrypted HTTPS connection. We apply reasonable technical and organisational safeguards to the personal data we hold, and restrict access to staff who need it. No system can be guaranteed completely secure, but we take the obligation seriously and review our arrangements periodically.

Your rights

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you may ask us to give you a summary of the personal data we hold about you and how we process it, to correct or complete inaccurate data, to erase data we no longer need, and to nominate someone to exercise these rights on your behalf if you are unable to. You may also withdraw a consent you have given, without affecting processing already carried out.

To exercise any of these rights, write to us at Contact@ppcapital.in. If you are not satisfied with how we handle your request, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

Children

This site is intended for adults dealing with securities markets. We do not knowingly collect personal data of children through it.

Changes to this policy

We will update this page if our practices change, for example if we add a contact form or analytics. The date at the top shows when it was last revised.
