SEBI SCORES
SCORES 2.0 (a web based centralized grievance redressal system of SEBI) is available at https://scores.sebi.gov.in. A complaint lodged there is subject to two levels of review:
- First review done by Designated body/Exchange
- Second review done by SEBI
We are required to resolve a SCORES complaint and upload our Action Taken Report within 21 calendar days. If you are not satisfied with that report you may seek a first review within 15 calendar days, which the designated body (the stock exchange) answers within 10 calendar days, and then a second review by SEBI within 15 calendar days of that response. A complaint must be lodged on SCORES within one year of the cause of action arising.
If you have difficulty using any of our digital platforms because of a disability, you can lodge that as an accessibility complaint on SCORES, which has a category for it. We would rather you told us first, through our accessibility contact, so we can fix it quickly.
