We do not have retail clients and we do not open accounts of retail clients in the Equity Segment. We only have Institutional clients: Insurance companies, Banks, Mutual Fund Houses and PF Funds.

Arranger services for private placement of debt securities, including bidding on the Electronic Book Provider platform where an issuer appoints us.

Arranging issues and dealing in the secondary market in the same instruments means we see where paper actually clears, not only where it is quoted.
Institutional coverage
Sustained relationships with banks, mutual funds, insurance companies, pension funds and co-operative banks mean an order reaches the participants most likely to take the other side.
A record of every conversation
Deals are closed over Bloomberg and LSEG Reuters Messenger, which leaves a complete and auditable trail of the dealing conversation.
Regulated and accountable
We operate under SEBI registration and membership of NSE and BSE, with a published escalation matrix and monthly disclosure of every complaint we receive.
