Accessibility statement

Our commitment

PP Capital is committed to making its digital platforms accessible to persons with disabilities, in line with the Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act, 2016, the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA, the Indian Standard IS 17802 on accessibility of ICT products and services, and the Guidelines for Indian Government Websites (GIGW).

This commitment follows the directions issued by the Securities and Exchange Board of India requiring regulated entities to ensure that their digital platforms are accessible to persons with disabilities.

Conformance status

We target conformance with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. The site has been built to meet that standard and is checked automatically against it whenever the site changes. A formal audit by an accessibility professional certified by the International Association of Accessibility Professionals (IAAP) is being arranged; this statement will be updated with the audit date and outcome when it is complete.

What we have done

• Every page can be operated using a keyboard alone, with a visible focus indicator and a “Skip to main content” link.
• Text and interface colours meet or exceed the WCAG AA contrast ratios, verified automatically on every change.
• Pages use correct headings, landmarks and lists so screen readers can navigate them structurally.
• Text resizes to 200% and the layout reflows to a 320 pixel wide screen without loss of content or horizontal scrolling.
• Download links state the file format and size, so you know what will open before you activate them.
• Animation and motion respect your operating system’s “reduce motion” setting.
• Data tables use proper row and column headers, with captions describing what the table contains.
• Investor complaints data is published as an accessible web table, not only as a PDF.

Known limitations

We are honest about where we fall short. As at the date below, we are aware of the following:

• Older PDF documents. Documents published before our move to tagged PDF exports may not be fully accessible to screen readers. If you need any document in an accessible format, contact us using the details below and we will supply it, normally within five working days.
• Third-party content. Where we link to external sites such as SEBI SCORES or the SMART ODR portal, we do not control their accessibility.

Compatibility

This site is designed to work with recent versions of Chrome, Edge, Firefox and Safari on desktop and mobile, used together with assistive technologies such as NVDA, JAWS, VoiceOver and TalkBack. It does not depend on JavaScript for any of its core content: pages, documents and filters all work with scripting disabled.
