What you will do
- Execute client orders in corporate bonds, government securities and money market instruments.
- Build and maintain relationships with institutional counterparties on both sides of the market.
- Track primary issuance, secondary levels and rating actions, and share what matters with clients.
- Ensure every trade is captured, confirmed and settled to exchange timelines.
What we are looking for
- 2-5 years on a debt dealing desk, or in institutional fixed income sales.
- Working knowledge of the exchange debt segment and the RFQ platform.
- NISM certification appropriate to the segment, or willingness to obtain it before joining.
- Accuracy under time pressure, and the judgement to escalate rather than guess.
Also useful
- Experience with EBP platform bidding.
- An existing network among bank treasuries, mutual funds or insurance companies.
